Mashhad Dental School, one of Iran's most established dental schools, places great importance on its rich history, dedicated colleagues, personnel, and faculty members. With a wealth of organizational knowledge and experience, our ultimate goal is to secure our position as the leading dental faculty in Iran, setting the highest standards in dental education. To achieve our goals, we have identified the following key areas that will guide our path and policy:

1. Developing and implementing processes, along with comprehensive documentation, to effectively direct, control, monitor, and continuously improve our operations. This will ensure transparency and agility within the organization while prioritizing the satisfaction of our customers, employees, and stakeholders.

2. Enhancing the knowledge and awareness of our employees to maximize their effectiveness and foster a culture of continuous learning within the organization.

    As the dean of the faculty, I hereby declare my commitment to achieving the aforementioned position. I expect all members of the organization, including administrative personnel, academic staff, and students, to align their plans and efforts with the goals of the organization.

    By 1404, our goal is to establish ourselves as the leading scientific institution in the country and the Middle East region. We aim to provide evidence-based and patient-centered teaching, with a strong emphasis on public health services, prevention, and research development in education. We will revamp the higher education curriculum and foster innovation in research, bridging the gap between technological advancements and the production of knowledge-based products. Our focus will be on instilling professional ethics in dental education, while also internationalizing dental education and enhancing the infrastructure for dental students. We will analyze the position of our dental students, ensuring a conducive learning environment, admitting elite students with exceptional talents, and providing experienced professors with a well-equipped clinic. Additionally, we will offer specialized training groups, a diverse patient base, a comprehensive library, and a convenient location for patient access. Our research centers will be equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, and we will encourage proficiency in English language among our professors and students. The active involvement of professors in student education, along with the recruitment of young professors with exemplary credentials, will be prioritized. We will also create favorable conditions for research and offer specialized services to patients, including cleft palate and lip clinics and operating rooms with anesthesia. Our university will foster an atmosphere of cooperation, where problems can be addressed with the management, and we will ensure the availability of necessary equipment and educational resources.
